A: Step 1: Register Account
To place an order, you need to register an account but you can also place an order before registration or without registration.
Follow this simple process to register:
- Click on Login / Register
- Create an account
- Fill in your username, email address and password
- Click register
Step 2: Shop
- Choose your product
- Check product details
- Click on “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”.
Step 3: Checkout
- Click on Cart
- View Cart
- Check your order
- Apply coupon code and click apply to update cart if you have coupon
- Proceed to Checkout
- Provide delivery details
Step 4: Submit Order
- Accept our “Terms and Condition”
- Click PLACE ORDER
- Make the payment using your prefered selected option

A: We are a very fast paced Health & Fitness platform and keeping up with latest equipment’s is our bag. This sometimes means our best selling items can go out of stock and we don’t usually plan on bringing them back in. Why not take a look at our New In section here to see if something catches your eye.
Our customer service team won’t know if a product is coming back in or not.

A: For customer account security we do not allow change of email address, if you need to use an alternative email address please create a new account.
A: Follow this simple processes. Search our widest range:
- Select an item to shop, choose color, quantity, size and click “ADD TO CART” or “BUY NOW”.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Check the item details and move to next page.
- Please do register as a member before proceed to delivery page.
- On the address page, it will ask you to enter your delivery address. Please note that you can choose to have a different billing address on that page. When you are done with the address details, you may move to next page to complete order.
- You will receive a confirmation email after our team has validated the payment.
A: If you know your password its simple! Log into your account using your current password, then under the account information section, you have the option to change your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, at the account log in page select the forgotten password option and follow the steps to reset. If that doesn’t work, please get in touch by going to the ‘contact us’ tab on this page.
A: From time to time, couriers will split a delivery into 2 drops, occasionally this can also exceed 2 drops. You should be notified of this in advance but if you weren’t and you don’t receive the rest of your order within 48 hours then please contact our Customer Care team on 0168868565 or customercare@elitevybe.com and we will sort this out for you.
A: If you wish to change anything with your order, the quickest way to get in touch is via our live chat service or by calling +60168868565. Please note, we can only make order amendments if your order hasn’t already left our warehouse because our orders are mostly processed immediately we received them.
A:
- Find a product that you are interested in and select your color, size and quantity by clicking on the number or letter or box.
- Check the stock availability.
- Your product will be added to your cart on the top right corner.
- To edit or remove a product from your cart, click the cart icon on the top right corner (Shopping Cart) Then click the minus sign (-) to remove an item or the plus sign (+) to add the quantity of the same item.
A: Log in your account, select “addresses” and you can either add a new one or edit an existing one. We are unable to amend the delivery address on an order which has already been placed
A: We don’t currently offer a click and collect service for orders that are placed online.
A: You can choose how you want us to contact you about things we think you’d like to hear about. If you don’t want to hear about great new offers, just simply log into your account, click on contact preferences and don’t tick anything!
A: Log into your account, select payment details and either add, delete or edit your payment options.
A: If you checked out as a ‘Guest’ your order won’t be associated with your account. If you created an account after placing your order we can add your order to your account. Just contact our Customer Care team advising your email address along with the order reference and we can do this for you.
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Our equipment leaves the warehouse in perfect condition, should this happen though due to courier please head over to our Contact Us section.
To speed up the process when you first contact us please include the following information;
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code
- Picture or video of the damage item.
- Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
We will then resolve this for you as quickly and the best way we can. If you contact us via the ‘Contact Us form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on facemasks or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken
